1 Box Rice Cereal Chex or Crispix
1 cup peanut Butter
1 stick butter
6 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
6 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 Cup powdered Sugar
In Saucepan over low heat melt the chocolate, butter, and peanut butter and mix until smooth. Remove from heat add cereal and still until coated. Pour powdered sugar into large paper bag, add coated cereal and shake until well covered.
