Pumpkin Bars

4 eggs 2 c. flour

1 2/3 c sugar 2 tsp baking powder

1 c. veg. oil 2 tsp cinnamon

1 can pumpkin (16 oz) 1 tsp salt

1 tsp soda

Mix eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin with mixer until fluffy.

Stir dry ingredients together and gradually add to pumpkin

mixture. Mix about 2 min until well mixed. Spread batter in

greased 15 x 10″ jelly roll pan.  Bake at 350 for 25 min., or until

toothpick comes out clean.  Cool.  Frost with cream cheese frosting.
