Pecan Pie

3 eggs, well beaten

1 c sugar

½ c. corn syrup

1/4 c. melted butter

Mix together with a fork or low speed of mixer.  Don’t over mix.

Put 1 c. pecans into an unbaked pie shell.  Pour egg mixture

over pecans.  Bake 10 min. at 400, then finish at 350 for

about 30 min.   Makes 8 servings.
